Service Description

Each day in this exciting chefschool class, we'll explore classic cooking from a different country, while learning basic cooking skills.  This summer, the focus will be on the foods of Germany, India, Japan, Mediterranean, and Mexico. ​ Recipes include wiener schnitzel, apple strudel, pea and potato samosas, lemon chicken with coriander, rice pudding, California rolls, chicken teriyaki, roasted red pepper dip, beef kabobs, snake pastry, fish tacos and aqua fresca.    ​
