Service Description

A whole roast chicken makes a beautifully simple dinner, but learn how to cut it up, and you have endless possibilities for cooking with various techniques. Cutting up your own chicken is not only cost effective, but also leaves you with the trimmings to make stock. In this class, we teach students how to cut up a whole chicken, and then make three easy and delicious meals; chicken meatballs with lemon and capers, Thai chicken salad, and cornmeal fried chicken legs with mashed sweet potatoes.
